In studies done by a doctoral candidate by the name of Arman Sadeghpour out of Tulane University claims that the chocolate can be a better alternative than Fluoride. While this may seem like something your mother would warn you about in regards to not believing silly stories, this is one case where dedicated studies have proven to offer concrete data. This is not to say that you should run out and buy as much chocolate that you can find for the good tooth fight, it merely means that there may be another option.

Some love chocolate because it takes them away and some simply love it for its sweet taste.
